Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, supporting daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and workflow coordination.Deliver direct patient care, understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs.Foster positive relationships with patients to support their rehabilitation goals. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification; CPR certification or obtained within 30 days.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.Eligibility for Therapy Clinical Ladder and professional certifications preferred.
