OT Therapy Team Leader

About the role

Lead and manage the occupational therapy team, supporting daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand and address patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapy team activities and foster a collaborative environment.
• Deliver personalized, compassionate care to patients.
• Support operational tasks, including staff training and communication.
• Celebrate patient progress and victories.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years in clinical practice.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold relevant specialty certifications preferred.
