OT Therapy Team Leader - Lead a Collaborative Therapy Team

About the role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in providing compassionate, personalized care to patients during their rehabilitation. Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication, while delivering direct patient care to promote recovery and celebrate patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Therapy Operations in team management.
• Coordinate scheduling, orientation, and staff communication.
• Provide direct patient care, understanding individual needs to facilitate recovery.
• Foster rewarding patient relationships and celebrate victories.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold specialty certifications (preferred).
