About the role

Lead and support the therapy team by assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs, and help achieve their rehabilitation goals. Ensure smooth implementation of procedures and treatments, celebrating patient victories and promoting personalized, compassionate care. Contribute to creating a collaborative environment utilizing the latest technology and fostering professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the therapy team in daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification as required
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holds specialty certifications (preferred)
