OT Therapy Team Leader - Lead a Collaborative Therapy Team

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Position Overview: Lead and support a team of occupational therapists in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of treatment procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by assessing individual needs and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, celebrating their progress. Responsibilities Assist in daily operations and team management.Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy services.Build strong relationships with patients to support their recovery.Support the onboarding and ongoing training of staff. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure or certification as per state requirements.CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.Professional certifications or therapy clinical ladder eligibility preferred.
