Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient progress. Foster a collaborative, compassionate environment to deliver personalized treatment aligned with rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordinationDeliver direct patient care, building strong relationships and understanding individual needsEnsure seamless implementation of procedures and treatmentsSupport patient recovery and celebrate victories Qualifications & Skills Current licensure or certification per state regulationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a therapy programAt least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practiceCPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications Key Attributes: Compassionate, collaborative, organized, and committed to professional growth.
