About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN specialized in Orthopedic Joint and Spine care to lead and coordinate clinical activities within this specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing patient flow and ensuring adherence to evidence-based nursing practices
• Supporting staff education and mentoring nursing personnel
• Collaborating with surgeons, therapists, and case managers to facilitate comprehensive patient care
• Promoting safe transitions of care and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Monitoring clinical outcomes and refining pathways to enhance patient recovery and service quality
• Leading quality initiatives and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with relevant clinical experience in orthopedics and spine care
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement processes
