Orthopedic Spine Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Role: Clinical Coordinator Ortho Joint and Spine RN Responsibilities Lead and coordinate clinical care for orthopedic joint and spine patients.Oversee patient flow, nursing practices, and quality improvement initiatives within the ortho/spine service line.Support staff education and development to ensure high standards of care.Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and case managers to facilitate patient care and safe transitions.Monitor clinical outcomes, refine pathways, and promote evidence-based practices.Mentor nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Foster a culture of compassion, safety, and continuous improvement.
