Summary

The Nurse Program Coordinator manages daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of a healthcare program.

Responsibilities

• Assess educational needs of staff and patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership alongside the medical director.
• Oversee office functions and maintain records.
• Analyze program data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan events and monitor budgets.
• Support marketing efforts.
• Prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance, collect data, and support program growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (required); Master's degree (preferred).
• Current RN license in Ohio (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience; experience managing all program aspects (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with EMR software such as Epic (a plus).
• Experience working with all organizational levels, preferably in healthcare.

• Full‑time, onsite role.
