Nurse Program Coordinator - Orthopedic Spine Center

Role Overview

The Nurse Program Coordinator manages daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the program, providing leadership and overseeing various administrative and clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address education needs of personnel and multidisciplinary team members, implementing patient and family education in collaboration with the team.
• Provide leadership alongside the program medical director.
• Manage office operations, maintain records, and analyze program data.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, plan and schedule events, monitor budgets, and assist with marketing efforts.
• Prepare reports and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Current RN license in Ohio; 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working across organizational levels.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with EMR software like Epic is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is preferred, management experience is not required.
