Ortho Treatment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure they feel welcome
• Present and explain Orthodontic treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and professionally
• Answer patient questions and provide support throughout their dental care journey
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth scheduling and case management
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financing options regarding Orthodontics

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental office & Orthodontic treatment coordination required
• Strong knowledge of Orthodontic terminology and insurance
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and manage schedules efficiently

Physical Requirements

• Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at time
