Join a team looking for a skilled OroCommerce Administrator to manage and optimize their B2B eCommerce platform. You'll support complex B2B sales processes including multi-organization structures, contract pricing, RFQs, CPQ, catalogs, orders, and integrations, keeping the back-office efficient and business users running smoothly in a scalable environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage system settings and configuration, including localization, payments, shipping, taxes, checkout processes, storefront menus, and workflows
• Create and manage user accounts, user groups, organizations, business units, and role-based permissions for back-office and storefront users
• Monitor jobs, message queues, and background processes, performing regular system health checks, updates, and optimizations
• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for business users, resolving issues related to orders, pricing, catalogs, and workflows, and collaborating with developers on advanced fixes
• Generate and analyze system reports, oversee data import/export processes, manage third-party integrations, and support upgrades, backups, and data integrity tasks

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with OroCommerce (or similar platforms like OroCRM/OroPlatform)
• Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce concepts, including RFQ, CPQ, contract pricing, and multi-org structures
• Experience with PHP, Symfony, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Linux server environments
• Knowledge of message queues, cron jobs, and system monitoring tools
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.)
