Organizational Trainer

At Directions Credit Union, we seek an enthusiastic and engaging Organizational Trainer who is passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences, educating others, and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Develop engaging learning materials, workshops, and resources to support employee development.
• Train staff on Credit Union products, services, policies, procedures, and systems.
• Support organizational initiatives and change management efforts through effective employee education.
• Work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning opportunities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and employee engagement.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure training remains relevant, effective, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a financial services or credit union environment.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
