Responsibilities
- Support data collection efforts (surveys, focus groups, assessments)
- Compile and organize data into summary reports and dashboards
- Aid in preparing insights for OD Practitioners and HRBPs
- Support OD projects and initiatives (data gathering, benchmarking, formatting)
- Support development program logistics (toolkits, materials, scheduling)
- Aid in maintaining competency frameworks and career path documentation
- Track participation and completion of development initiatives
- Assist in engaging survey administration
- Help compile survey results and prepare reports
- Coordinate logistics for OD initiatives (meetings, materials, timelines)
- Support HRBPs with materials and follow-ups related to OD initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to human behavior, organizational systems, business operations or analytics (e.g. Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Data Analytics, or similar)
- A minimum of one (1) year working on surveys or research projects, basic data analysis, internships in HR, Consulting or Business Operations
- Foundational understanding of HR/OD concepts
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate tasks
