Organizational Change Management Readiness Lead

About the role

We are seeking experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Readiness Leads to support enterprise technology and business process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage organizational readiness activities across assigned departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to prepare teams for new technology and business processes.
• Assess readiness and identify risks, gaps, and required actions ahead of deployment.
• Drive process standardization and adoption of new capabilities.
• Coordinate stakeholder participation in testing, training, communications, system setup, and conversion validation.
• Develop and deliver communications and project/user documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with Change Management and project teams throughout implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management and Change Readiness.
• Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience creating project documentation, procedures, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Experience with coaching, task coordination, and stakeholder oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• OCM experience supporting ERP implementations.
• Workday Financials/Supply Chain implementation experience or similar SaaS solutions.
• Project Management expertise and PMI certification.
• Experience supporting large, decentralized organizations.
• Public sector experience is highly desirable.
