Organizational Change Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizational change strategy and related activities for the program Cloud Transformation Initiative.
• Support the effective adoption of new technologies and business processes across the judiciary.
• Afford AOUSC in engaging stakeholders, managing resistance to change, and fostering a culture of change readiness.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align organizational change efforts with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Prior experience in briefing senior-level executives and director-level staff.
• A certification in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• A comprehensive understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks, such as Lewin's Change Model, Prosci ADKAR Framework, with the capability to apply OCM methodologies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Target Salary Range

$120,001 - $160,000.
