Organizational Change Management Lead

Who You Are

• Minimum 10 years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting supply chain functions (e.g., manufacturing, planning, logistics).
• Experience leading change in complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or global supply chain environments.
• OCM certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
