Organizational Change Management Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive change initiatives related to SAP-enabled transformations. This role focuses on communication, training, and adoption to ensure business value realization, without owning functional requirements or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a scalable OCM framework
• Translate SAP system and process changes into role-based communications and training
• Measure adoption outcomes through KPIs and dashboards
• Engage stakeholders and manage risk
• Facilitate change readiness across multiple sites and functions

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field
• 5+ years of OCM experience, preferably with SAP ERP
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR

Preferred skills

• Experience with SAP modules
• Experience with digital learning tools
• Process analysis experience

Work environment

• Frequent computer work and presentations
• Potential regional and international travel
