Organizational Change Management Lead

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive the people side of SAP-enabled transformation initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing a scalable OCM strategy, translating system and process changes into clear communications, role-based training, and work instructions to ensure effective adoption and sustained business value. Key responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks, assessing stakeholder readiness, designing training programs, and measuring adoption outcomes through KPIs and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in a related field, 5+ years of OCM experience (preferably supporting SAP ERP projects), and strong skills in change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR preferred), communication, and process analysis. Proficiency with digital learning tools, SAP modules, and Microsoft 365 is desired. The role involves frequent computer work, presentations, and regional/system support, with potential domestic and international travel.
