About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to drive successful adoption of large-scale business and transformational initiatives. This role will develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that help employees, leaders, and stakeholders effectively navigate organizational change while maximizing business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning. This individual will partner closely with project teams, business leaders, and executive sponsors to assess organizational impacts, mitigate resistance, and ensure changes are successfully embedded across the organization.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 12+ months duration, onsite in Franklin, WI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience with at least 2 years leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Proven experience developing and executing enterprise change management strategies and adoption plans
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Knowledge of organizational design, culture transformation, performance management, and workforce impacts related to change
  • Experience identifying and mitigating people-side risks associated with organizational transformation
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle phases
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization, including executive leadership
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong active listening, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated organizational change management strategies that support successful adoption of business and technology initiatives
  • Assess organizational impacts and define comprehensive change approaches that address people, process, culture, and operational considerations
  • Design and execute change management plans incorporating communications, training, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities
  • Identify organizational risks and dependencies that may affect project success and adoption outcomes
  • Partner with project teams and business leaders to understand the scope and impact of change on end users and key stakeholder groups
  • Educate, influence, and coach executive sponsors, project leaders, managers, and frontline leaders on change management best practices
  • Build alignment among stakeholders and foster shared ownership of change initiatives
  • Support leaders in managing resistance and addressing employee concerns throughout the transformation lifecycle
  • Collaborate with communications, training, HR, organizational development, and project teams to develop coordinated adoption plans
  • Provide guidance and oversight to communication and training leads to ensure alignment with overall change objectives
  • Help develop targeted messaging and learning strategies that prepare impacted audiences for change
  • Promote consistent, effective communication that increases awareness, understanding, and engagement
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify barriers to successful adoption
  • Develop mitigation strategies for people-side risks, resistance points, and adoption challenges
  • Support deployment planning and ensure appropriate change ownership and accountability structures are established
  • Monitor adoption progress and recommend corrective actions when necessary
  • Define and manage success metrics related to adoption, utilization, engagement, and business performance
  • Develop measurement frameworks and reporting mechanisms to evaluate change effectiveness
  • Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to sponsors and project teams based on adoption and performance data
  • Ensure change activities remain focused on achieving intended business outcomes and benefits realization
  • Recommend organizational change resources, staffing approaches, timelines, and funding considerations as needed
  • Partner with project managers, process leads, HR teams, communications specialists, and other stakeholders to coordinate implementation efforts
  • Contribute to governance processes, decision-making forums, and project planning activities
  • Support additional change-related initiatives and responsibilities as required
