Order Puller, 2nd Shift

As an Order Puller, you are one of the most critical people in the operation.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders utilizing a scanner gun.
• Manually lift cases or buckets of paint onto pallets.
• Use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department.
• Work in a safe, timely, and accurate manner to keep the shipping department running smoothly, keep drivers on schedule, and get paint into stores that depend on us.
• Attend training and complete safety training before working on the floor.
• Participate in shift‑start meetings and stretches to warm up for safe lifting.
• Wear proper safety equipment, including steel‑toed shoes, at all times.
• Help maintain a clean facility.

Requirements

• Physically able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance meeting company expectations.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience in paint or warehousing required (training provided).
• Commitment to work safely and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to complete safety training and adhere to safety protocols.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on scanner gun, rider jack, and palletizing processes.

Skills

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Basic ability to operate a scanner gun and rider jack after training.
• Physical stamina for repeated lifting.

Pay

Hiring range: $19.50 per hour (actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills).
