Order Puller, 2nd Shift

About the role

As an Order Puller you are a critical part of the operation, filling orders using a scanner gun, manually lifting cases or buckets of paint onto pallets, and using a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department. You work in a safe, timely, and accurate manner to keep the shipping department running smoothly and keep drivers on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders utilizing a scanner gun.
• Manually lift cases (≈40 lbs) or buckets (≈75 lbs) of paint onto pallets.
• Use a rider jack to deliver loaded pallets to the loading department.
• Attend required training and safety meetings, including shift‑start stretches.
• Wear proper safety equipment at all times (e.g., steel‑toed shoes).
• Maintain a clean facility and help keep it clean.
• Work safely, timely, and accurately to support shipping and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift between 40 and 75 lbs throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance meeting company expectations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior paint or warehousing experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
