Order Puller - 1st shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Order Puller to join our 1st shift operations, which run Monday - Friday from 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. The position requires flexibility to work overtime hours, including additional hours before or after your scheduled shift, and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders and carry out instructions listed on work orders
• Operate material moving equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and side-loaders
• Operate various hand and power tools to safely package material for shipping
• Work with a computer for restocking and shipping purposes
• Keep accurate inventory records within our ERP system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing or warehousing experience required
• Experience operating a crane, forklift, or side-loader required
• A valid PA driver's license
• Ability to work in both a team environment and as an individual contributor
• Proficiency in basic math skills, including reading a tape measure and using fractions and decimals

Qualifications

• Coworkers earn at least $19.50/hr, depending on experience and receive a $3.00/hr shift differential
