Order Puller, 1st Shift

About the role

To thrive as an Order Puller, you must be physically able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs, repeatedly, all day. The job is not hard to master, but it is physically demanding, and you should be working and lifting safely at all times.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a scanner gun to fill orders.
• Manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets.
• Use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department.
• Work in a safe, timely, and accurate manner to support the shipping department.
• Ensure orders are filled promptly to keep drivers on schedule.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• No prior experience in paint or warehousing is necessary.

Qualifications

• Competitive pay and quarterly bonus opportunities with a $3/hr shift differential for shifts starting at 12PM or later.
