Order Management Deliver Operator 1

About the role

This position will be responsible for processing Surge Arrester material returns, verifying delivery addresses and contact information for outgoing shipments prior to release, and supporting the existing Contract Administrator for any other tasks as needed. Other tasks may include but are not limited to shipment date changes, tax exemption validation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Processing Surge Arrester material returns
• Verifying delivery addresses and contact information for outgoing shipments prior to release
• Serving as a backup for the Contract Administrator
• Supporting with shipment date changes
• Supporting with tax exemption validation

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant business or administrative experience

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Experience with material returns processing
• Knowledge of contract administration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
