Order Management Deliver Operator

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Investigate order blocks and identify root causes affecting fulfillment.
  • Allocate products and monitor open orders to ensure timely processing.
  • Perform data cleanup and maintenance to improve data quality.
  • Work with SAP, Excel, Qlik, Winshuttle, and other business systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order and fulfillment issues.
  • Support system testing, process improvements, and operational projects.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Educate customers on processes and available services.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
