Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
- Investigate order blocks and identify root causes affecting fulfillment.
- Allocate products and monitor open orders to ensure timely processing.
- Perform data cleanup and maintenance to improve data quality.
- Work with SAP, Excel, Qlik, Winshuttle, and other business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order and fulfillment issues.
- Support system testing, process improvements, and operational projects.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Educate customers on processes and available services.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, data analysis, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
