About the role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our billing team while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone and email
• Manage billing cases and customer interactions in Salesforce and Zuora
• Apply payments accurately and process bank deposits via desktop check deposit
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate AR records
• Identify collection risks early and manage past-due accounts
• Support accurate, timely invoicing
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve the customer experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and billing, collections, cash application, or accounting
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; billing software preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
