Order Fulfillment Representative-New Berlin

This position is responsible for printing, packing, and shipping customer orders, as well as handling inbound and outbound freight.

Responsibilities

• Verifies product and pick information for all customer orders to maintain high accuracy, entering all serial numbers for high-tech items accurately.
• Ensures customer orders are received within the expected timeframe and processes shipping upgrades as necessary; verifies shipping labels for accuracy.
• Packs customer orders using appropriately sized boxes or envelopes to prevent damage during delivery.
• Packs orders neatly and correctly, adhering to department expectations for fragile, liquid, or specialty items.
• Manifests packages for shipment manually and places items onto conveyor systems or in hampers for loading.
• Loads and unloads merchandise from trucks using manual and power equipment, including forklifts and pallet lifts.
• Verifies paperwork for accuracy of unit counts and proper destination.
• Visually inspects freight for damage, reports issues promptly, and ensures correct product quantities are received and signed for.
• Disposes of empty boxes and packaging to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements

• Typically 1 or more years of related experience.
• High School education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training preferred.

Schedule

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment with no special physical demands required.
