About the role
IGT's Order Fulfillment Representative performs sales order processing of spare parts tickets, delivering thrilling, responsible, and unforgettable gaming experiences on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Research customer requests, generate quotes, manage orders, and plan/expedite shipments when necessary.
- Process high volume parts tickets with guidance.
- Work with Inside Sales and customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and delivery of machines.
- Achieve expected levels of accuracy in accordance with Tier II Quality Objectives.
- Work directly with customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and delivery of machines according to strict compliance regulations.
- Coordinate between IGT departments and customers regarding order status, compliance issues, product availability, pricing, documentation, and delivery of parts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of work experience preferably in a sales order administration or manufacturing customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Self-starter with the ability to produce high-level results without supervision.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service experience and professional phone etiquette.
- Effective cross-functional team communication with internal and external partners.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Casino industry experience preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.

Pay
The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20/hr – $24/hr USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary.
