Order Fulfillment Processing Lead

A Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead, you will lead the order fulfillment team by ensuring the picking, packing, and outbound auditing processes meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll interact with product from clients involved in the active lifestyle industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to foster success
• Show attention to detail and organizational skills
• Motivate and celebrate team wins
• Ensure processes are accurately followed and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Oversee the training and cross-training of team members
• Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks within SLA
• Collaborate with Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecasts and Client Services direction
• Pick, pack, scan, tag, and perform other general warehouse duties
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy

Requirements

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties with minimal direction
• Detail-oriented and able to motivate and celebrate wins with your team
• Experience leading personnel to ensure effective and efficient performance
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior experience in warehousing/light industrial
• Experience as a Lead is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook

Pay

$22.50/hr (including $1/usd shift differential)
