Fulfillment Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for ensuring products move efficiently from inventory to customer delivery. This role leads fulfillment operations, inventory management, production coordination, and shipping activities to ensure customers receive the right products on time and with the highest level of quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end fulfillment operations including order processing, production coordination, and shipment execution.
• Create, schedule, and oversee work orders and product builds.
• Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Leadership experience in logistics, operations, warehouse management, manufacturing, military operations, supply chain, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with inventory management or warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
