The Order Fulfillment Command Center Associate is a key role responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth execution of all order fulfillment activities across multiple departments. This position acts as the central hub for communication and issue resolution, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor order flow and fulfillment status across systems and departments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and urgent order issues
• Coordinate with manufacturing, inventory, and shipping teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Track high-priority and time-sensitive orders to ensure timely completion
• Update systems and communicate status changes to relevant stakeholders
• Provide real-time updates and solutions for order-related challenges
• Generate daily and weekly reports on fulfillment performance
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
