Job Summary
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure items are clean, counts are correct, and conditions match the Pick Tickets
- Remove all previous labels except OEM labels
- Attach cardboard to monitor screens to prevent scratches
- Coil and secure cables with a cable tie before packaging
- Use chip foam to protect pins that could be easily bent
- Prepare work reports for repair orders and account for all CSE before invoicing
- Package units in protective ESD mylar bags if Surplus/Repair & exposed circuitry is present, or in pink bags otherwise
- Collaborate with Order Resolution Associates on any discrepancies
Metrics and Measurements
Order Fulfillment Associates will maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on established performance metrics (TBD). Failure to meet a minimum of 85% for two consecutive months may result in MRS action.

Salary Range Information
- The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus
Bonus/Commission Plan
Eligible for commission after successful completion of an introductory 90-day period.
Employee Evaluation Summary
- Introductory Review -- Written approximately 80 days after employment, used to determine continued employment
- Quarterly Reviews -- Brief written reviews focusing on quantitative performance and activity
- Annual Reviews -- Quarterly reviews factored in along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance, and dependability
Work Schedule
This is an hourly position. The schedule is an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with a half-hour lunch break. Overtime work for Saturdays is scheduled and mandatory unless cancelled by senior management due to acceptable customer service levels and requirements. Additional and/or off-hour shifts may be required for production coverage.
Work Environment
The environment is a warehouse setting. Casual but professional dress attire is required. Employees must wear Radwear (company logo apparel), OSHA-approved back supports, closed-toe, hard-soled shoes, safety shoes, and a Radwell ID Badge and Access card at all times. Adherence to Radwell Safety Policies is mandatory.
