Key Responsibilities
- Ensure items are clean, quantities are correct, and conditions match Pick Tickets
- Remove all previous labels except OEM labels
- Protect monitor screens with cardboard to prevent scratching during shipment
- Coil and secure cables using cable ties prior to packaging
- Use chip foam to protect pins and sensitive components from damage
- Ensure all repair orders include proper work reports and required documentation prior to invoicing
- Pack surplus and repair units with exposed circuitry using protective ESD Mylar bags
- Pack units without exposed circuitry using protective pink bags
- Work closely with Order Resolution Associates to address discrepancies
- Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the packaging and fulfillment process
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
Qualifications
- Detail oriented
- Computer literate
- Some technical competency
- Computer proficiency

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills
Physical Demands
- Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
- Repetitive lifting up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
