Order Fulfillment Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Sort bulk team shipments into individual customer orders with accuracy and care.
- Rout and organize catalogs, late orders, and back orders appropriately.
- Fulfill, sort, route and manage always-open stores/in-house shop orders.
- Maintain and organize past-due in-store pickup orders.
- Production and Receiving Runs: routing boxes for fulfillment
- Quality Assurance: verify that sizes, styles, colors, quantities, and customizations match customer orders. Identify and report discrepancies, missing items, or production issues to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure all orders are complete and properly prepared before delivery or pickup.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping, delivery, or in-store pickup.
- Organize and stage completed orders for efficient distribution.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
- Ability to push and pull carts within the facility.
