About the role
The Order Facilitator Clinic Liaison serves as the primary field representative and subject matter expert for the Hendrick Health Order Facilitator repository. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between clinical operations and IT by visiting regional clinics to provide hands-on education, comprehensive training, and immediate technical troubleshooting. The goal is to ensure seamless order management, high system adoption, and physician satisfaction across all participating clinic sites.

Requirements
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing (RN/LPN), or Information Technology
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a clinical setting or healthcare IT role, ideally with experience in physician relations or system implementation
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic) and general troubleshooting of web-based repositories
- Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel daily to regional clinic locations
