Order Entry Representative $25/HR - IMMEDIATE HIRE
Immediate order processor opportunity with one of the largest providers of sound devices and entertainment solutions.
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Farmingdale, NY (in office only).
This is a contract role with the potential to become permanent.
Qualifications
- 2 years of order processing experience
- Experience using ERP systems
- Experience processing invoices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage RMA/returns process and execution
- Track and execute memo loans, both outgoing and returning
- Back up order entry and domestic shipment support
- Day-to-day admin and dealing with customers' specific needs for orders
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure orders are getting out in a timely manner
- Raise support team invoices for warranties, service visits, or spares orders
- Assist support team with critical shipments for on-site visits
- Customer service – handle various rep/customer calls for various issues

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
