What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days:
- Learn company products, Order Entry procedures, and ERP systems.
- Understand workflows between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments.
- Process basic orders with guidance and increasing accuracy.
First 3 Months:
- Independently process standard orders and change orders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and order documentation.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies.
First 6 Months:
- Manage a full workload with minimal supervision.
- Quickly identify missing or incorrect order information and drive resolution.
- Build strong working relationships across departments.
First 12 Months:
- Consistently maintain high levels of order accuracy and productivity.
- Serve as a reliable resource for order processing and issue resolution.
- Anticipate potential problems and proactively prevent downstream impacts to manufacturing and customers.

- Order Accuracy & Process Excellence - Ensures customer orders are entered, validated, and processed accurately while maintaining high attention to detail and adherence to established processes.

- Problem Solving & Execution - Identifies and resolves order-related challenges proactively while managing competing priorities and delivering timely results.

Essential Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude;
- Ability to follow detailed procedures;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical Service functions;
- Mechanics or engineering degree;
- Manufacturing ERP experience;
- Order management experience;
- Familiarity with industrial or engineered products;
- Ability to interpret technical specifications or drawings.

Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
