Order Entry Clerk

About the role

Responsible for processing orders efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Enter order details into the system
  • Verify and update inventory levels
  • Generate shipping labels and track shipments
  • Process returns and refunds according to company policy

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems a plus
