Order Entry Clerk

Job Description The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for receiving and entering customer orders. The primary duties and responsibilities will be to perform work in accordance to the essential job activities. Duties And Responsibilities Receive, enter and process customer ordersProcess scrap ordersDisposition and distribution of denied warranties and customer approved ordersDaily log updatesProduction reportingAssist with training as neededIdentify, assist, and troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers with order investigations as neededSort and distribute incoming productShip confirmation of ordersAssist with denied warranties as neededPractice 5S and safetyTake appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfactionAble to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts as needed Physical Demands Repetitive motionMust be able to lift up to 30 pounds Education And Experience Requirements High School or GED diploma requiredProficient in Microsoft OfficeBasic math and computer skills requiredExcellent 10 key and typing skills Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
