Order Entry Clerk

Mesilla Valley Transportation, founded in 1982, is one of the largest locally‑owned truck‑load carriers in the United States, providing time‑sensitive service across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The company is hiring Order Entry Clerks for its El Paso, TX location.

Pay

$16.00 per hour plus an aggressive bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the company system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure correct order entry and applicable rates.
• Collaborate closely with Internal Freight Team members and the Customer Service Team to guarantee accurate execution of order entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
