Order Entry Clerk

About the role

Muscle Foods USA, a division of EURPAC Service, Inc., a nationwide wholesale distributor of sports nutrition and health products, is seeking an Order Entry Clerk to join the team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Responsibilities

• Compile and sort order data, reviewing for deficiencies, errors, and discrepancies.
• Research and obtain additional information to correct identified errors.
• Import order data into the company database within time limits.
• Ensure orders are generated and released for processing in accordance with customer expectations.
• Process and maintain customer orders for the warehouse; extract and analyze in‑house reports using multiple system sources.
• Perform inventory transactions in the in‑house system.
• Communicate with customers and inter‑departments.
• Complete other special projects or tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast‑pace environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
