Order Clerk

About the role

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Order Clerk for an onsite position at our Wilsonville, OR facility. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with either 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm shift options, plus overtime. The expected annual salary range is $47,000 - $69,000, and this position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What You'll Do

• Run morning activities including Power-Bl reports that provide data for OTP, Production, and Warehouse
• Enter orders in AS400, Vista, and MAPICs for the product lines
• Share responsibility for the accuracy of all inventories at the site
• Perform data analysis driving adjustments to the warehousing process and replenish types with Supply Chain (SC) Buyers
• Manage the Cycle Count Program and its reporting
• Interface actively with SC Buyers and Material Handlers to improve and maintain accurate warehousing of materials and associated ERP systems
• Own the disposition on E&O (Excess & Obsolete) Inventory and PPAPs through interface with SC Buyers
• Work with SC team for Kanban analysis, maintenance, orders, and running Kanban check process
• Serve as MRO (Maintenance, repair and operations) inventory Liaison
• Share responsibility of supply chain SOPs (standard operating procedure), including creating and maintaining up-to-date documents and locations

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• Experience in a manufacturing, operations, distribution, or purchasing environment
• No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Wilsonville, OR will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation)
• Eaton will not sponsor employment visas or support any CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, or similar immigration plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree from an accredited institution
• Knowledge of Kanban
• Prior experience with Oracle, AS400, Vista, and Infor
• Knowledge of Quality processes (RMR, CQM, Control Plans, PFMEA, MSA, audits, inspections, calibrations, etc.)
• Good understanding of the manufacturing processes
• Problem solving skills, including root-cause analysis and A3 Systems

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Pay

Expected annual salary range: $47,000 - $69,000. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salary is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Onsite Monday-Friday with either 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm shift options, plus overtime at the Wilsonville, OR Eaton facility.
