About the role

The Order Management Clerk manages retailer orders and documentation daily, collaborating with the Order Management Supervisor to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process incoming orders
  • Invoice shipped orders
  • Collaborate to optimize processes with Warehouse, Logistics, and other teams
  • Provide Customer Service for retailers
  • Resolve order disputes
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate’s degree preferred
  • Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to changing variables
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • 2 years of administrative/office experience, with preferred experience in ERP order management systems and EDI Platforms
