About the role
The Order Management Clerk manages retailer orders and documentation daily, collaborating with the Order Management Supervisor to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process incoming orders
- Invoice shipped orders
- Collaborate to optimize processes with Warehouse, Logistics, and other teams
- Provide Customer Service for retailers
- Resolve order disputes
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate’s degree preferred
- Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to changing variables
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
- 2 years of administrative/office experience, with preferred experience in ERP order management systems and EDI Platforms
