Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience
• College degree preferred
• SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing leadership
• Solution design and governance
• Cross-functional coordination with Benefits, Time & Labor, Finance, and HR
• Payroll inbound and outbound integrations
• Audit and reconciliation reporting
• Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and Payroll flow patterns
• Advanced union experience, including tax and reconciliation experience
• Multi-platform implementations and experience in payroll and HR data governance
