As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will help executives imagine what their business can become in an industry navigating global supply chain disruption, tariffs, labor shortages, sustainability initiatives, and rising customer expectations. Artificial Intelligence is transforming how organizations forecast demand, optimize inventory, improve manufacturing efficiency, and make better business decisions.

Industry Focus

• Consumer Goods: Omnichannel commerce, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, customer experience, direct-to-consumer growth.
• Industrial and Equipment Manufacturing: Production planning, procurement, predictive maintenance, operational resilience, factory performance.
• Food and Beverage: Food safety, traceability, supplier collaboration, inventory freshness, compliance, waste reduction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to define AI-enabled transformation strategies.
• Lead discovery and executive workshops focused on business outcomes.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations centered on manufacturing, finance, supply chain, commerce, and AI.
• Become the industry expert for Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, and Food and Beverage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Create thought leadership and mentor fellow Solution Consultants.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Solution Consulting, ERP Consulting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related experience.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, or Wholesale Distribution.
• Strong understanding of ERP, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, Financials, or Commerce.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

US: Hiring range in USD from $44.38 to $80.29 per hour; from $92,300 to $167,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
