Industry Focus

You will become a trusted advisor across the Consumer Services Industry, developing expertise in the following sub industries:

  • Financial Services: Customer trust, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, financial visibility, forecasting, AI driven decision making, personalized client experiences, modernization of legacy systems.

  • Nonprofits and Organizations: Donor engagement, grant and fund management, financial stewardship, board transparency, volunteer management, mission impact, automation with limited resources.

  • Consumer Services: Customer experience, digital engagement, workforce productivity, scheduling, service delivery, operational scalability, personalization, loyalty, business insights powered by AI.

Responsibilities

Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Executive Directors, and Operations leaders to understand strategic priorities and define AI enabled transformation strategies. Lead consultative discovery sessions that focus on business outcomes before technology. Deliver engaging demonstrations that connect finance, operations, customer engagement, analytics, and AI into a compelling business story. Develop deep expertise across Financial Services, Nonprofits, and Consumer Services to become a trusted industry advisor. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Create industry thought leadership, reusable demonstration assets, executive presentations, and best practices. Mentor Solution Consultants and represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, and industry conferences.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, ERP Consulting, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Operations, or related experience.

  • Experience supporting Financial Services, Nonprofits, Consumer Services, or adjacent industries.

  • Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, CRM, Planning, Analytics, Revenue Management, or Enterprise Applications.

  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies and the ability to connect them to business value.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
