Oracle HCM Associate Technical Analyst
About the role
The Oracle HCM Associate Technical Analyst supports software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications necessary for data collection, retrieval, and usage. They collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient operation and assist in configuring, setting up, and updating applications. They also develop basic queries and reports, suggest improvements, and manage user access.
Responsibilities
- Document design considerations and business impacts for configuration
- Gather data for internal department planning
- Support basic configuration, setup, and updating of applications
- Organize requirements for data entry into established tables, fields, and databases
- Follow governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage
- Build and produce reports for business management and staff decisions
- Set up user access and coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Attend meetings to provide support for enterprise-wide applications
- Research and provide suggestions for changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards
- Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to understand requirements and provide support
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies and enterprise-wide applications
- Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise-wide systems
- Understanding of security designs and principles
- Basic knowledge of database management and maintenance
- Ability to develop basic queries using query and reporting tools
- Understanding of data management best practices and quality control processes
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Configurations and software development lifecycle
- Experience with writing code, debugging, testing, and deploying code
- Experience with Redwood and AI enablement projects
- Experience with OTBI reports and SQL queries
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: 18 years of age, legal authorization to work, bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support, basic knowledge of software development methodologies, familiarity with enterprise-wide applications and software platforms, understanding of security designs and principles, basic knowledge of database management and maintenance, ability to develop basic queries, understanding of data management best practices, proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, experience with HCM platforms, experience with Oracle, Workday, or SAP, experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Configurations, experience with software development lifecycle, experience with writing code, debugging, testing, and deploying code, experience with Redwood and AI enablement projects, experience with OTBI reports and SQL queries

Schedule
This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at the Cleveland Headquarters office.
