Oracle HCM Analyst

Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This individual will support ongoing Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives, optimize recruiting and talent acquisition processes, and partner with HR and IT stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience. The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM with hands-on ORC implementation, configuration, and support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Configure, support, and enhance Oracle HCM Recruiting processes.
• Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive root-cause resolutions.
• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production validation.
• Develop process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, security, and reporting.
• Participate in Oracle quarterly updates and impact assessments.
• Recommend best practices to improve recruiting operations and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Oracle HCM implementation experience.
• Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules.
• Oracle Cloud certifications.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.

This is a contract, fully remote position based out of Remote, OR.
