Jade Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Sales Director to drive the growth of our Oracle service line. This role is a key leadership position, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline in close partnership with Oracle's sales teams, and developing the go-to-market strategy for our Oracle offerings.

  • Collaborate with Oracle sales teams on a monthly basis to identify, pursue, and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities for FY'26.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to Oracle sales teams during key client engagements, ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to effectively promote and position the Oracle service line in the market.
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to highlight Jade Global's Oracle capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Enable and train internal sales teams on Jade Global's Oracle service offerings, leading quarterly sales training sessions to ensure effective selling.
  • Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify new Oracle service offerings and key differentiators that distinguish Jade Global from other Oracle System Integrators (SIs).
